Face to Face Outpatient Counseling
QUITPLAN is for people who live or work in Minnesota. If you have insurance coverage, they will be billed for services.
If you do not have insurance, there is no charge. Depending on your insurance, you may have a co-pay.

QUITPLAN Services also provides programs such as QUITPLAN at Work, which offers group counseling
at the workplace, and Community-Tailored QUITPLAN Services, offering culturally specific programs for
